In a previous article we saw that any victim or person feeling victim of damage attributable to a prevention activity, diagnosis or treatment, or those entitled if the person died, or, if necessary, legal representative, must be informed by the professional, health facility, health services or agency concerned on the circumstances and causes of this damage. Far from being a simple ethical rule it is a legal obligation whose breach would be considered a fault.

In this second part we specifically dealt with the practical arrangements. How to satisfy this obligation of revelation and maintain or restore the doctor-patient dialogue.
