At a time when gender issues are becoming increasingly visible, the Lille CECOS has developed a programme to help couples in which one of the partners is going through or has gone through a process of gender affirmation. The aim of this support, provided by a psychiatrist-psychologist team, is to offer prospective parents a space in which to develop their parenthood story, from the desire for a child to the telling of the story of its conception.
