The development of computer and communication technologies opens new opportunities for collecting and sharing data, research, storage and documentation especially true interactivity between users. Our project “wikiDPC” is built on the terms and generic software implemented by the free encyclopedia Wikipedia, but also on the concept of “reflective practice” developed in the 1970s by Schön, ie the “professional acting as manifested in practice” for research competence anchored directly on this practice. WikiDPC is a complementary interactive which can involve individuals or professional groups to be involved in their own CPD and producers of data useful to all, well beyond any single regulatory obligations.
