Exposure to air pollution is associated with diverse disturbances, such as asthma and allergies. In the USA, the effects of this pollution are not distributed uniformly. Authors of this article show that social and environmental factors cause communities of color and poor people to have a higher accrued risk of morbidity from asthma and allergies.
