This study of nearly 134,000 mother-child pairs from 13 birth cohorts spanning all regions in Europe fills the gap in knowledge of the effects on fetal growth of occupational exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. Its findings revealed an increase in term low birth weight, but further research is needed.
