Aortaitis is not much described in Horton’s disease, however, it may reveal it in certain circumstances. It remains very important given the life-threatening vascular complications associated with this pathology. We report the case of a 75-year-old woman in whom aortitis led to the diagnosis of Horton’s disease with favorable progression under corticosteroid therapy.
