Kawasaki disease is the leading cause of childhood acquired heart disease. It occurs in the majority of cases between 6 months and 5 years. We carried out a retrospective and descriptive study of cases of Kawasaki disease diagnosed in the pediatric department of the Leon Binet hospital in Provins between January 2007 and February 2019. Eighteen children were identified. The average age of the children at diagnosis was 36 months. The sex ratio was in favor of boys (2:1). Kawasaki disease was incomplete in 30% of cases. One third of the children had intractable Kawasaki disease. The cardiac ultrasound was abnormal 1 in 2 times. Early administration of intravenous immunoglobulins and aspirin was effective in all children. No death were deplored.
