Numerous studies have shown the presence of cognitive disorders affecting neurocognition, social cognition and metacognition in individuals with an at-risk mental state of psychosis. These disorders may contribute significantly to the risk of global functioning degradation and must be considered a therapeutic target. We propose a review of the literature on cognitive disorders and cognitive remediation of these disorders in patients with at-risk mental state of psychosis. This study highlights the need to develop specific management for cognitive disorders.
