Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a skin disorder with multiple stiff, hyperkeratotic, lichenified dome-shaped nodules, mainly manifesting on the arms and legs. The patient's scratching, due to chronic itch, often causes these lesions to be characterized as excoriation.
