The hepatitis C appears on epidemic mode less than forty years ago. After virus identification, several treatments more and more effective were approved with a possibility, for the next ten years, to observe a total eradication of the disease. Treatments are less and less expansive, have a better safety and tolerability, with an efficacy close to 100 %. Nevertheless, we still need to treat only patients who need to be treated in a global approach of the hepatic disease.
