Following our first paper on theoretical issues of project management [1], we address in this one the practical part, illustrated by two organizational solutions (OS) published in 2019 by the Agence Nationale d’Appui à la Performance des établissements de santé et médico-sociaux (ANAP). From the definition of the project to its implementation and completion, this article provides a methodology illustrated by a concrete case that hospital pharmacists could apply to their own projects. It also provides many tools such as a Kanban board, a communication plan and a scoping note. These elements are already essential in the daily practice of the hospital pharmacist and we suggest that this should be acquired during our initial training to meet the new challenges of the hospital pharmacist's profession.
