How to explore high chromogranin A levels is not well known by many physicians. The aim of this interactive case report is to clarify the management of patients with this condition, to explain the most frequent etiologies, whether a neuroendocrine tumor is present or not. Finally, the management of patients with ileal neuroendocrine tumors will be discussed according to the French recommendations by the Thésaurus national de cancérologie digestive.
