Considérer le logement comme un « tout » pour mieux comprendre ses relations avec la santé Volume 17, issue 2, March-April 2018

This news is based on the following article: Baker E, Beer A, Lester L, Pevalin D, Whitehead C, Bentley R. Is housing a health insult ? Int J Environ Res Public Health 2017 ; 14 : 567. doi : 10.3390/j.ijerph14060567

Adding to an increasing number of articles aiming to understand and measure the influence of housing on health and well-being, this publication by a team of Australian and British researchers defends a global rather than compartmentalized approach to housing. The article reports the results of a study in a low-income community in southern Australia with an index reflecting the accumulation of negative factors associated with housing conditions.
