Defecation reflex seizures: a case report with long-term VEEG monitoring, neuroimaging and comprehensive epilepsy evaluation Volume 21, issue 6, December 2019

During properly recorded defecation, the child presents with typical focal seizures with impaired awareness, described athomeas: behavioural arrest and impaired awareness, right head deviation, left arm automatisms and postictal left hand nose wiping, confusion, and speech arrest.
