Recurrent miscarriage (RM) has several recognized causes, but in most of the cases its etiology remains unknown. Some recent data in reproductive immunology suggest the importance of the local immune environment in the genesis of the pathology and point out the importance to explore the endometrium in such context. We therefore detail how 3-D ultrasonography with vocal analysis may inform on the uterine preparation to a constructive dialogue with the conceptus through an adequate trophicity and angiogenesis. Based on a preconceptional endometrial microarray, extensive transcripts deregulations may impact clue events as angiogenesis, cellular differentiation and development and are specific in the context of recurrent miscarriages.
