These situations are found in the practice of sport. Patients show a mixed picture involving pain and stiffness of the tibiotalar joint. The aim of this work is to present the surgical technique of the arthroscopic treatment of anterior conflict with the ankle bone stiffness and present preliminary results of evolution of the mobility and ankle pain in the short term through the study of four cases.
