Working together differently: a new approach to quality management. Hospital pharmacy evolves and we are facing many changes. Pharmacy leaders must be prepared to not only adapt to new circumstances, but also to lead change. This three-part article contains the key points of a management workshop: “Working together differently: a new approach to quality management”, organized by the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists in Bucharest, 30 September-1 October 2016. In order to carry out the evolutions of our profession to the best of our abilities, we have to lead change, be familiar with the concept of a quality management system in the context of Hospital Pharmacy, and also be familiar with the Lean management concepts.
