Résumé : Although obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD) are psychological and behavioral by nature, we know that OCD is a full disease. The importance of an early diagnosis seams to be essential for an adapted medical care and a better prognosis. Florian's case report shows perfectly it exist a characteristic but not specific semiology of young patient OCD we'll have to pay attention to. For his treatment, the association of an antidepressant drug from serotonin reuptake inhibitors family (ISRS) and a psychotherapy is prescribed. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is the choice therapy in this case and sertraline the only one psychotrope which have a pediatric licence for patients under 15 years-old OCD. One more time, this case report underlines that molecule range used in pedopsychiatry is particularly limited.
