In the current state of our knowledge on child abuse it would not be logical to recommend organized discussions only in the form of questions and answers, investigations without preparation based on the word of one or the other, argued in a scientific pseudo way by the experts. These investigations are difficult, lengthy, poorly recognized and specific. The investigation is of primary importance. The hearings of the victim represents only one of the aspects of this type of investigation.Inward conviction at the origin of the feeling of credibility or not must be based on an identification of the elements at the origin of this feeling, in order to afford the means of discussing this argumentation. The authors develop the conditions necessary for hearings of the minor victim and share their thoughts on interview shape analysis.
