Primary non response is frequent with biologic treatment and is associated to poor prognosis and lower response to treatment. If some factors are known to be associated with primary non response, these parameters are not possible to measure in clinical practice actually. Only analysis of pharmacokinetic of the drugs may help us to optimize our treatment. In the future, treatements assisted by computer algorithm based on all factors may help us to obtain a precision medicine.
