We report an HIV-associated multicentric Castleman disease case which had responded to antiretroviral treatment with remission at follow up two years later. This rare outcome which has been discribed by few authors in the litterature, enables us to discuss the place of antiretroviral therapy in management of this pathology that the first-line treatment is chemotherapy, rituximab and valganciclovir and prognosis remains nevertheless poor.
