A 75-year-old woman presented with an infiltrative plaque in the right axilla, with a five-year evolution of progressive enlargement. Clinically, it was identified as a solitary, mildly tender, erythematous, indurated and infiltrative plaque localized on the right axilla, with no suppurative openings (figure 1A).
