A 70-year-old Tunisian man presented with lesions on the sole of his right foot that had been progressing for 1.5 months. He reported no insect bites nor a family history of similar cases. During the examination, the patient appeared healthy, showing no signs of fever or swollen lymph nodes. However, a skin examination revealed linear, fissured, and zig zag-shaped ulcerations with crusty borders and an inflamed periphery on the sole of his right foot.
