Photoallergic drug eruptions are induced by various drugs, and sometimes coexist with other clinical manifestations, such as erythema multiforme [1]. Tocilizumab is a biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drug that targets IL-6 receptors and is used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis [2].
