A 55-year-old woman presented with a 2-week history of ankle pain, fatigue and multiple, symmetrically distributed, palpable purpura on her ankles and lower extremities. She had a history of using pregabalin (150 mg/day, po) and duloxetine (60 mg/day, po) for two weeks for a neuropathic pain diagnosis. The skin symptoms started two weeks after her first dose of these drugs.
