Nail changes are uncommon in Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) [1, 2]. We report here an adult patient with LCH involving almost all fingernails.A 43-year-old woman was admitted to our department with an eight-month history of swelling and/or dermal nodules in the nail bed associated with fingernail deformities on both hands.
