Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a heterogeneous group of clonal hematopoietic disorders characterized by persistent cytopenias, dysplastic cells, and ineffective hematopoiesis. Prevalence of cutaneous involvement in MDS remains unknown and treatment for such cases is not standardised [1].
