Pseudoxanthoma elasticum-like papillary dermal elastolysis (PXE-like PDE) is an acquired disease due to the reduction or loss of elastic fibres. It presents with cutaneous findings similar to pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE).A 70-year-old woman visited our department for gradually extending small nodules that had developed on her neck six years ago, on the axillae and cubital/popliteal fossae.
