A six-year-old Korean girl presented with three different types of pigmented and vascular lesions since birth. Physical examination revealed multiple, widespread erythematous patches on her trunk and both legs, left-side hemihypertrophy of the leg, and pitchfork-shaped interdigital gaps of the first interdigital web space of the feet.
