Relevance of care contracts in the treatment of anorexia nervosaThe treatment of anorexia nervosa, both long and difficult, has considerably evolved in the past decades with the extensive development of ambulatory care as an alternative to full time hospitalisation. The care contract in France constitutes a therapeutic tool frequently used on behalf of anorectics, in ambulatory as well as inpatient care. What place does this contract have in the health system? What functions does it have in the psychic economy of subject and carers? Lastly, how does this care contract operate? We will also reflect on the present place of the weight contract with separation in France.
