This study chooses one option, that of considering paranoia and chronic delusions together and making the paranoia phenomenon the central dynamic model of these delusions. Starting from the paradigm of the alteration of selfness in psychoses, it exposes some phenomenological characteristics of the paranoid nucleus: selfhood collage, modification of the evidence structure, the use of verticality and paranoid inter-corporality.
