The terms “networks”, “comorbidity” and “bio-psycho-social” are now part of everyday psychiatric vocabulary. But while they represent coherence and real progress from a theoretical point of view, putting them into practice is not as simple as we might wish. The comorbidity of psychosis and addiction and the articulation between psychiatric sectors and drug abuse centres are two excellent examples.
