A 64-year-old woman was referred to our department for a six-year history of diffuse facial hyperpigmentation associated with photosensitivity. Past medical history included high blood pressure and hyperuricaemia treated with olmesartan medoxomil, hydrochlorothiazide, captopril, atenolol, and allopurinol.
