An 85-year-old woman presented with multiple firm erythematous nodules on an infiltrated and hardened erythematous-to-violaceous plaque with ill-defined limits, occupying the right cervical region and right hemithorax that spread quickly to the left side (figure 1A, B) and developed within five days.
