A 60-year-old woman was referred to the dermatology clinic with an 18-month history of a recurrent annular centrifugally-extending eruption. The patient had a background of rheumatoid arthritis which had been treated with methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine, both having been discontinued one month prior to presentation due to concerns that medication was causing the eruption.
