A 50-year-old man was referred to our clinic with a complaint of a tumour on his right scrotum. He had had the lesion for three years before his first visit to our clinic. Physical examination showed an ulcerative tumour, 7×2 cm in size, on his right scrotum with a slightly palpable inguinal lymph node (figure 1A).
