A healthy two-month-old, full-term female infant presented to the clinic for evaluation of a rash noticed on Day 3 of birth. The rash would precipitate approximately 15 minutes into a feed and resolve within an hour without any sequelae. Physical examination of the infant’s skin showed a transient dimpling of the face (figure 1A) and upper (figure 1B) and lower extremities bilaterally (figure 1C, D).
