A 46-year-old male patient presented in our outpatient clinic with multiple skin- to brownish-coloured papules of 2 to 4-mm diameter mainly on the face, neck, trunk, and buttocks (figure 1A, B). The mucosal surface was not involved and Darier's sign was negative. The lesions were known since childhood but were increasing in number, and therefore considered as irritating.
