Mycosis fungoides (MF), the most common type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, can manifest in a variety of clinical and histological forms [1]. Bullous mycosis fungoides (BMF) is extremely rare and since first described in 1887, only 35 cases have been reported in the literature [2].
