A 75-year-old man presented with a six-month history of an intensely pruritic recurrent eruption. He was incidentally diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) Stage B, two months ago. Cutaneous examination revealed multiple erythematous papules, papulovesicles and nodules, most of them excoriated.
