A 33-year-old woman was transferred to our hospital with a two-week history of generalized erythematous maculopapules that became haemorrhagic, necrotic, and crusted after immunotherapy for cutaneous warts (figure 1A). At the local clinic, initial sensitization with 0.1% DPCP on the right buttock failed.
