Epileptic nystagmus (EN) consists of rapid eye movements caused by epileptic activity. Most of the neurophysiological conclusions have been based on clinical observations and EEG. Single case reports [1-6], case series [7-9] and clinical reviews [10] have delineated the localisation and mechanisms by which EN can be generated.
