Narrow-band UVB for pretibial (necrobiosis lipoidica-like) involvement of cutaneous sarcoidosis: a promising therapeutic option Volume 27, numéro 5, September-October 2017

Rarely, pretibial involvement of cutaneous sarcoidosis may mimic necrobiosis lipoidica (NL) [1, 2]. Herein, we report a case of a patient with sarcoidosis, who developed pretibial patches, resembling NL. A topical corticosteroid showed no beneficial effects.
