Rarely, pretibial involvement of cutaneous sarcoidosis may mimic necrobiosis lipoidica (NL) [1, 2]. Herein, we report a case of a patient with sarcoidosis, who developed pretibial patches, resembling NL. A topical corticosteroid showed no beneficial effects.
