A 26-year-old woman noticed swollen fingers and depigmentation on her chest and back three months previously and was subsequently referred to our hospital for digital ulcers in 2009. Physical examination showed sclerodactyly and moderate skin sclerosis up to the upper arms with Raynaud's phenomenon.
