We report a 33-year-old pregnant patient (first pregnancy; 32nd week) who presented with telangiectasias distributed in a linear and unilateral pattern involving her left scapular region, which had appeared a week before (figure 1A). Pregnancy had been unremarkable and the results of laboratory investigations were within normal limits or compatible with the gestation period.
