A 40-year-old female homemaker presented to us with a complaint of a gradually progressive lesion below the right clavicle. On examination, there was an 8 × 8-cm, erythematous indurated plaque on her right infraclavicular region with overlying firm to hard, red/brown to whitish/violaceous nodules with shiny stretched skin, depressed scarred areas, and telangiectasia (figure 1A).
