A Caucasian woman (with Fitzpatrick skin type III) in her 80s attended our clinic for a lesion affecting her left cheek. Medical history was significant for chronic stable angina treated with 100 mg aspirin daily. The lesion had started out as a small papule one year earlier and had enlarged during the last six weeks.
