A 73-year-old male presented with a 3-month history of an
asymptomatic, rapidly growing, ulcerated, bulky tumor on the left
temporal region up to 9 cm2 in diameter.
Circumjacently, a pale-to-strong erythematous area with several
arranged vesicles was observed. The left eyelid had severe edema,
