We read with interest the review of Veraldi et al. [1] on skin ulcers due to Serratia marcescens (Sm). We report an additional case with unusual (genital) localization.A 79-year-old man presented with a one-month history of a painless scrotal ulcer. His past medical history was unremarkable.
